I had 10.5.6 installed on mini9 with one of the older DellEFI and then upgrade to 10.5.7 as well as 1.2a5. I never installed any other touchpad driver manually, so if I install V17 or V18.2, will it properly replace the driver that comes with DellEFI or do I need extra steps? You seem to say this already above, so I apologize for repeating the question, but the readme says the below so want to confirm again.

Before you continue make sure that if you have any trackpad drivers other than Meklorts delete them before continuing.
Update: what I am not clear is I don't know how to check if the driver I have are from Meklorts or someone else.

Thank you to everyone involved in these drivers and installers. You guys rock.
My mini9 was perfect in every way but it was just missing two fingered click and scroll. Now thanks to you I have those great features working perfectly too!

(I installed V17 of the drivers on my mini 9 that was created using the 'Runcore on a Mac' method and DellEFI 1.1)

I am wondering what is included in this driver? All I really want is two-finger scrolling. Does installing V18.2 change anything else?
Thanks.

You can select only the options you want in the control panel.

Well I installed it and I think I read that it does something to the sensitivity of the trackpad, because now it is really hard for me to move around, and sometimes it is just completely unresponsive. Did I do something wrong, or am I missing something with the settings? It was so bad I had to uninstall it.
Thanks.

I am not sure. I am installing Snow Leopard right now the NetbookInstaller method. Has anyone used these drivers in Snow Leopard?

Finally got around to doing this. Works great, except I can engage the 2-finger if I squish a single finger on the touchpad. Can anyone else share their Threshold settings? I have mine on:

One Finger Threshold: High
Two Finger Threshold: Low
Three Finger Threshold: Low

On a side note, do not set the Two or Three Finger settings on High on a Mini 9 without a mouse to navigate as it will pretty much disable the One Finger operation.
