Did you put the com.apple.Boot.plist with gma 950 efi string in it, otherwise it stays at a blank grey screen. You can replace the original or place it in /Extra.

Dell Mini 10v: Obsidian Black, 1GB DDR2 533MHz Ram, 1.6GHz Intel Atom, 120GB FUJITSU HDD, 6-Cell, Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Build 10D573 booted with Chameleon 2 RC5 pre6, Dell Wireless 1397 flashed! (Everything working, now featuring sleep when closing lid!)

The solution is somwhere in the post, you have to boot into singel mode (-s) and finish the setup manually.

If you install Snow Leopard without having netbook installer patch the install, you can then boot using the usb drive and wireless will work.
Yesterday night I've tried using Chameleon to boot and install directly from the original Snow Leopard Retail CD and it works for my Dell Mini 10v INSPIRON 1011, installation and setup completes successfully and I tested some browsing using Safari over wi-fi connection. Webcam works too.
I guess now I need to patch at least the sound because not using NetbookBootMaker it is not working now.
I will let you know about any other problems/issues.
