Thank you very much meklort for your consideration. I could do nothing about my mini without your beautiful work.
Wolfkeeper, you're right, it is a key to change among Katakana/Hiragana/and Romaji input, but the key is for winodws which means it has nothing to do with Mac OS X. As you know, we use some hot key combination to change keyboard layout.
and mangis, I didn't understand well, do you mean you chose American keyboard option when you bought it? There should be no problem in that case, because even in my Japanese keyboard layout, I have apostrophe key... If you got American keyboard layout, I think you can go with Ukelele,hopefully it helps to resolve your problem.

I don't know if there is a better solution out there, but put the Wind.layout in your /Library/Keyboard Layouts directory. The problem with this keyboard is that the ???, ????/????, and ??/?? buttons don't work. So I just switch to Japanese input when I need to type in it.
