I couldn't find it anywhere, but I thought there was a Trimmer program or kext file that you could run to help take some of the fat out of the install.

I forgot to take out the extra junk when I installed it, so I have X11, Printer Drivers and all that installed on there also.
Trying to free up a little bit more room.

Would just deleting these files like X11 screw anything up? I know where they are located, but I don't want to delete them, just in case it will make the computer go all haywire.

Any thoughts about that trimmer program or if its possible to just delete files, would be appreciated.

Try Appcleaner and Monolingual to get rid of unused applications and language files. Other recommendations can be found here:

You can also use xslimmer to remove ppc code and languages from apps.
