Thanks to this fantastic resource, I'm typing from my OSX Mini 9
Killer for me at the moment is sleep mode isn't working with the stock STEC 8GB SSD
If I sleep the machine, by closing lid, selecting sleep from menu, or waiting for auto sleep - result is always the same.
System goes into sleep mode, pulsating power light. When waking machine, power light goes solid, display wakes up, screen displayed but no mouse pointer & system frozen.
Not clear from searching what best solution is. Older posts talk about swapping out kexts, but later posts suggest EFI 1.1 should sort this out for me.
If it helps, first install was on EFI 1.07. Just upgraded to 1.1 now to attempt to resolve sleep.
Would also be interested to know what the default EFI options should be when installing. Something went screwy when installing EFI first time (I installed onto an external USB HD partition, then reimaged the drive onto SSD
using CCC and reran EFI, but I can't recall what I installed (definitely boot loader).
