This isn't exactly what you asked for, but 1.0.2a is included in DellEFI 1.07.1 and used when you run it. DellEFI 1.1 has a newer version with dell mini 9 specific code, if you want that one. As far as I know, it hasn't been tested on anything other than the dell mini 9. To get just the patcher, download dell efi and browse to DellEFI.app/Contents/Resources/DSDTPatcher You can find DellEFI at the google code repository (link in sig).
