I have one Mini9 (XP Pro) and I want to setup another just to play around/learn OSX.
What are the minimum recommended hardware requirements?
ie. Memory, disk size, etc?
Dell have a 1 day special (today) Mini9 - 512MB Ramm 8 GB HDD, Ubuntu for $199
Software developed for Mini9 - http://www.tek911.com/software.shtml
Scroll dwn and look for Disk Activity Monitor , Caps Lock Tray Light

I have about 800MB free, but probably could have taken more out of the OSX install. Also, one thing I haven't seen in any 8GB installation guides is that Leopard always starts downloading automatic updates right after I install and reboot. I had 300MB of the 10.5.6 update download in some weird /private/var directory while I was running Monolingual and couldn't figure out why I hadn't freed up any space...

I would never recommend 512 MB, but it will work. The more RAM the better, but it is definitely workable at 512 MB.
