No one gets a chime, and I HIGHLY doubt its possible, but not 100% sure.

It could be done pretty easily with a audio chip on a proto board. Maybe a few other minor components. Record the startup chime onto the audio chip, wire it into the Mini9 such that when the system is powered on, it gets power, and when it gets power, it chimes. That's about how it works on a real Mac.. The trick would be to keep it from doing it when waking from sleep. Probably a very very easy circuit to make, very cheap chip.
