I was wondering if anyone out there could help me. I am trying to install OSX on my Dell Mini 9. It's the 8gb version and it's currently running windows.
I have been following the Type 11 method for installing the OS but am running into the same problem over and over again. Getting the OS installed is no problem at all despite the limitations of the storage device in the mini 9. The issues comes when I run the DellEFI script. The script runs for before giving me a nonsensical error dialogue containing lots of [D], [P], [C] phrases. Unfortunately I didn't grab a screen shot and finally lost patience and reinstalled Ubuntu. I have done various install types (a 10.5.4 install, a 10.5.0 install) and have tried a number of versions of the Boot 132 iso. Has anyone encountered this issue before and if so did you find a way round it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
