You can either try rerunning the Dell EFI and make sure you are not running the Chameleon boot option, or I will try it later this week when I get somewhere I can do it.

Again, the first time I ran DellEFI, I didn't select to install Chameleon, but I couldn't get it to boot into OSX... until after I installed it.
I'll keep working on this two-boot-screen problem though.

My dual boot setup is the same as yours (because I had previously installed the Chameleon bootloader and then installed EasyBCD on top). It boots into EasyBCD and then if I select OSX, the Chameleon bootloader appears. After the timeout, it proceeds to load OSX normally. I made the timeout value only 1 second so the Chameleon screen only shows up briefly. Someone else here suggested using the "Quiet Boot" option but I'm not sure if that only suppresses the boot screen or if it makes booting quicker (which is why I asked above).
