Default Machintosh no detect my hard disk internal - 06-24-2012, 11:37 PM

Hi, i instaled snow leopard 10.6.8 on my dell mini 1010, but I have to install to external HDD because the install disk donīt detect my internal HDD.

I have installed in the external hdd and machintosch running ok, but not detect the internal hdd for traspase the OS.

I have change bios three times, but the results it is the same.

I have in the BIOS :
  • USB BIOS Legacy Support: Enabled
  • USB Wake Support: Disabled
  • Bluetooth: Disabled
any suggestion?

Back at ya if you still need help,

Anyhow I used the same external hdd install as you, after the first boot you need to install/run the Modified NetbookInstaller on the drive while its still external.

Just copy it to its own USB drive and run it from there( its going to complain about Unsupported Device just continue ), after its finished put the hdd back in the mini and do a normal boot.

Note: be warned you might have to do this a few times so don’t fasten the mini back together just yet!
