Default Laggy Cursor in OSx - 01-21-2009, 04:12 PM

Does anyone else have this problem? While moving around the cursor, occasionally the context menu icon gets stuck behind. Or when I'm typing and correct a typo either by going back and deleting or right clicking and selecting the correct word, Word doesn't always display the fixed typo. So it appears that I did nothing. When I go back to "re-fix" it, it's done... but it doesn't always appear to be done.

Is this a graphics driver issue? Possibly heat related? Just the way that MS ported Word over to OS X? I'm completely updated with my MS office apps.

:edit Now I'm getting cursor lag issues when in FireFox as well. Anyone know what's up?

There seem to be some known graphical glitches when working in carbon apps. Finder, MS Office, Adobe CS3 apps, etc.
I can't tell if the exact issue you are having is this graphical glitch or not, but it most likely is.
