Default How do I actually "patch" the usb with either NBM or NBI? - 10-17-2011, 04:55 AM

How is it that ppl are actually "patching" the OSX USB's? copying the files over from the netbootmaker dir's to the corresponding dir's on the OSX USB? I don't see a patcher, so i'm assuming this is the method, yet what if the dir's do not correspond? (i'm writing this away from the hackintosh).

for example the guide says:

NBM->NBI->"Run NBI .8.3RC5 using the options you prefer" WTF?!!! "RUN" it? i don' see anything to run in there peeps.

*OLD* NetbookInstaller 0.8.3 [testing/discussion]

this sounds simple...yet i'm banging my head in trying to recover an old f'ed up hackintosh 10v 10.5.8 HDD, so i need to make sure that every little base is rounded off.
