why don't you save some bucks and get a desktop instead of a desktop replacement?
an iMac is 1199 I believe with a 20" screen and basically the same specs as a $1999 MacBook Pro.
Then you could still afford the Air... but if you wanted something to hack around with, then the mini 9 would be a perfect addition to the line up.

i would get an imac but i do need to take my main computer with me when i go to the states and also i still dont have my own flat yet (media student) and moving an imac around would kinda get annoying but thanks for the tip anyways maybe when i get my own flat i will get a desktop instead
