Default Cloned HD from 1011 to Intel D945gclf (atom) won't boot - 03-01-2011, 11:18 PM

Can someone please point me in the the right direction how I can edit my cloned hard drive so it will boot in a regular PC. I believe they have the same chipset so using carbon copy cloner to get the image will not have any problem. I can use ubuntu or debian to boot from a live CD and edit the files on the HD but don't know how. BTW I use mechdrew's excellent guide macusb to dell mini10 to get a working intel OSX.

Thanks a lot.
