Run Combo 10.6.4 update Update no problem except the sound icon in the menu bar grayed out. Sleep working fine. Then did this 1. Run merklot #67 NBI (in options selected fix bluetooth) 2. Run Combo 10.6.4 update 3. Restarted 4. Run Disk Utility to Repair Permissions I now have bluetooth (external USB device), sound and trackpad all fine. Sleep does not work, although it worked fine before. **(UPDATE: Sleep is now working, I just did the above steps again)** |

Upon reboot instead of the Apple logo I get a Mini 9 logo with an X on the screen and the spinning/loading wheel for about 10 minutes, and what do you know, it just rebooted on it's own as I'm typing this and now has the Apple logo with the spinning wheel and I'm at the desktop. Looks like another success story here, kudos guys!! D:\duo\320GBHD\2GBRAM\W8DP |

Long wait at NBI loading screen (maybe 10 minutes or a little less). Login screen popped up and I began using 10.6.4. Sleep = YES. Sound = YES. Bluetooth = NO. Thanks for everyone's hard work. |

I just did an update before shutting down now I cannot get it to do anything but go from the dell screen to the apple screen and back. I have tried holding shift and typing recovery=y but no dice just keeps loading the dell screen then the apple screen. I dont know whatI am doing wrong. |
