Hi all,
After 3 days of different trials of installation 10.6.3 I gave up, and now started downloading 10a432. If you'll ask which ways of installation I've tried?
1. install with dd
2. install with External dvd
3. install with restore usb that I've prepared with IMAC SL 10.6

Everytime I try to boot I receive kernel panic 64bit patch. May there is incompatibility with D420.
I've tried to figure out what is the problem and which distribution is better for my DELL.
I read online that 10.6 is compatible with Dell D430. If Im wrong correct me.

I tried on a D430 before, too many issues even I manage to start OSX.
Tried leopard, SL and guess it is not worth the effort at least to me. I went for ubuntu afterthat for that D430 although I have hackintosh Dell mini and other laptops.
