Default Question about non-OS updates... - 05-11-2010, 03:49 PM

Hello all,

Now that my Minis are running very smoothly I am hesitant to run any software updates.

If I look for "software updates" but do NOT perform any osx updates, am I safe to install other updates? security, itunes, etc.? I am running Snow Leopard.

It took a while to configure these machines and I do not wish to take a step backward with audio, etc. Perhaps I should leave well enough alone? As in: if it ain't broke, don't fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Wherever to go... there you are.

you should buy an Apple, what's the point of a hackintosh if you act like a bunny in the headlights?
