Default How long is too long? - 04-21-2010, 12:17 AM

I am trying to upgrade to 10.6.3 using Netbook Installer. I am on a asus 1000he. I had a clean 10.6 install, ran NBI 8.4rc1, then rebooted. Evrything was fine. I downloaded the combo update and installed. The computer rebooted, and the NBI logo came up just like it's supposed to. It's now been there for at least 2 hours. The spinner is still spinning, but how long should I wait?

I let it go 4 hours, then shut down. Held my breath, rebooted, and all was ok. Booted fine into 10.6.3 after I dialed bluetooth in BIOS. Still working out that issue. Just in case anyone else gets stuck at the NBI logo.
