Default Can't get out of hibernate/sleep mode - 04-06-2010, 06:17 PM

After having a some minor issues, I did a clean install of SL 10.6 with NBI 0.8.3 final. Had it up and running, with several reboots, and left for lunch. Came back and it was in hibernate mode. Pressed the power button to wake it, and it went through the Dell splash screen etc. Never got the Apple logo and spinning wheel. Came up with a "grayed out" desktop (I could see my folders and wallpaper) and a "progress bar". Next came a gray screen with some text:

Upper left corner of the screen:
header read size 200
mem_base 77485c00

Wake Kernel!

How do I get back to where it boots properly? I tried shutting down and pulling the power and battery out hoping that would get me back, but no go.

Found this thread with a Google search: Stuck at "Wake Kernel!" prompt

the last post got me booted back up.
