Correct me if I am wrong but to make the usb drive you use an install disc with 10.6. You then update to 10.6.2 and run 0.8.3. cant you then just download 0.8.4 and do the 10.6.3 update afterwards rather than building it into the install. has anyone tried to upgrade from 10.6 to 10.6.3 using the the new NBI ?
