Default Disk Permissions Error; Should I worry? - 03-19-2010, 01:59 AM

I get this error consistently when I verify disk permissions. I have no idea what it means.

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Should I worry about it? Does it need to be fixed?
