Default Second monitor a right mess. - 03-13-2010, 05:06 PM

First post.

I've installed snow leopard on my Dell mini 10v, all is working perfectly but i can't get a secondary monitor to work properly.

I plug in my monitor and both the dell and monitor loose picture and i get a stripy picture, but i can see my mouse? If i change to 90˚ or 180˚ it displays fine?

If i go back to standard it goes tits up again, even when i detect displays.

Hope someone can help.

Welcome to the Forum!

This thread Connecting an external monitor seems to have a solution. I've not tried it.
