Default Dell Mini 9 and my Epson Projector - 01-17-2010, 03:53 PM

Hi Folks

I've been using my machine for 4 months now - excellent - many thanks for all the posts on here that have helped me set it up and run it!

The only problem is this - I can't get my dm9 to work with my epson projector, which means that I can't do presentations with it.
When I connect everything together, I get multicoloured vertical lines - once I disconnect, everything works OK again.

I'm due to do one on Thursday - so I'd be grateful if any of you could point me in the right direction or help me out.

Very many thanks,

God bless,

DM9, 1GB RAM, 32GB SSD, OSX 10.6.1, NBI 0.8.3

There are several threads on this topic. This Connecting an external monitor may be the most useful, since the others refer to it. Here is another one VGA out problem

Default 01-19-2010, 01:14 AM for some of the older posts that talk about installing the old video supportwith NBI...I just taught a class today with my minimac, and mirrored the display to a projector with absolutely no problems...even went to sleep on me at lunch and it came out of it with no issues...was fun showing the OSX screen on the wall...had quite a few people asking me what computer that was....
