Default OS X on the new Pineview Mini 10? - 12-31-2009, 05:18 PM

Any idea if OS X will run on the new Mini 10 with the Pineview Atom processors? From what I've read, the graphics chipset is essentially a 45nm version of the GMA X3100, found in previous generations of MacBooks (my black MB has this chipset). It shouldn't be too hard then to get Snow Leopard working decently on these things.

I'm interested to see if there will be any high-res screen options on them, and if the 6-cell battery is flush with the casing.

Sold my Mini 9 for a larger netbook, one that's easier on my wrists and hands.
Current Machine: 2010 MacBook Pro 13", 2.4 GHz C2D, 4GB RAM, Win7 Pro x64/OS X 10.6.3

And I play with my girlfriend's Mini 10v ^_^.

Interested in using MATLAB on the Mini 10v? Check out my benchmarks!

Nobody knows yet about OS X. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. The 6-cell battery is supposed to be flush.
