I've got a Toshiba A205-S4607.

It's a Core 2 Duo laptop with Intel 945 Express Chipset.

It's got a ALC268 audio codec, like the Mini 9, and also a GMA 950 like the Mini. The Ethernet is a Marvell Yukon, not sure of the model ATM, and the WiFi card is Intel, so that'd have to be replaced.

But, how should I go about installing OS X? Netbookmaker because of the similar to Mini 9 specs?

Well you'll need 10.6 no matter what you do, so buy that. Then I'd say trying the NBM route would be pretty harmless, particularly if you have access to a Mac to do the imaging on. But I'd google the Toshiba and hackintosh to see if people outside this community have answers. We're pretty dell mini centric.
