update i think i was using different a different boot file which was meant for the sony vaio p which was making me have no wifi!

update(if anyone cares :P) Cannot get sound,wifi or anything really ive tried installing lots of kexts etc nothing works!HELP ME

latest update sound and wifi now works!just need to get os x on internal drive and fix resolution!

is it also possible to use
this guide?

and at the end use the dsdt.aml post from meklort?
and that zip you posted darylzero, can i replace it completely in the os? (of course when it is unpacked)

completely replace extra with the files provided,dsdt fixed is included in the files provided,use Chameleon 2 boot loader
guys sleep isnt working..still need help

hey how did you get yuour resolution upto 1024x768? MINES STUCK AT 876 X 567!

have u placed the com.bootlist in extra
try removing the dsdt on root and booting

emm i just copied your whole extra folder onto untitled? and what you mean remove as in just lik have no dsdt?

try using kext utility to repair permission to /extra and /system/lib/ext
do u have sleep working...
did u have any other problems

okay so now i think i know my problem! I was using the wrong extra folder(the one form the sony vaio website ) on the installer image which meant ii had 2 different extra folders! duhh

Nah sadly sleep isnt working for me either or bluetooth( could be because of the wrong extra folder being used) il report back in about 30 mins when ive reinstalled snow leopard!

Did the 10.6.1 update do anything for you?

everything shuld work..includ bluetooth except sleep requires dsdt editing..also update 2 10.6.1..if u use the viao p extra folder it will error on boot..use the folder supplied will give u boot camp theme plus no error
