Default Every version of NetbookInstaller has caused USB Legacy to re-enable at boot. Help? - 10-14-2009, 06:51 PM

I tried 0.8.2 and 0.8.3 RC1-3. Every one of them has caused this problem for me.

I am on A04. Should I update to A05? I tried this thread: Fix for USB Legacy Support stuck on Enable? Tried the fix in the last post. Didn't help. Other ideas?

A naive question, what's the downside of legacy enabled?

Totally screws up wake from sleep, as in locks your machine up requiring a hard boot. Not good.

Can also cause the machine to hang while the kernel is loading.

Anyone have ideas about how to fix this?

meklort or whoever -- I'm willing to provide logs, etc. if they'll help.
