What can you call a mini 10v if you have a apple mini?

MacBook Mini or MacBook Nano seem logical to me, but since it's OS X running on a non-Apple branded machine we shouldn't infringe on Apple's "MacBook" trademark, right?

My Dell 10v Hackinstosh I have named after my grandson, Bradley, as at the grand age of two he's a right little box of mischief!
