Default OSX Always Booting to External Monitor - 09-27-2009, 01:58 PM

Every time I boot OSX I end up with a blue screen with no login or spinner. If I hit enter I can hear the drive doing something, so I decided to plug it into a monitor, and boom, I get the desktop.

Is there a way to fix this?

After some testing, I found that if I blow away the /Extra folder and run Fix Permissions via Disk Utility it boots up properly. I've tried NBI .82 and .83, as well as DellEFI, all the same results.
