Default OS X Identifying the Atom - 09-26-2009, 04:21 AM

I have not Used the AboutMyMac.pkg patch yet, but I was tinkering around with the Dev tools, and noticed that the Processor pref pane correctly identifies the Atom (at least, somewhat). On a whim, I checked out what my MBP was reported as, and it's correctly reporting an "Intel Core 2 (Penryn) Processor". Just a curiosity that I thought you guys might want to know.
