Not sure about Vista (don't use Windo$e) but for the Mac you could try Teleport

A hardware solution is a KVM or USB switch. A software solution is VNC, or one of the pieces of software mentioned above.

Teleport is Mac only.

Synergy is cross-platform for OS X, Windows and Unix.

As I said "but for the Mac you could try Teleport" though Synergy will obviously work for all 3 OS'es (haven't tried it myself)

Thanks for the fast help, I found out that Vineserver on the 10v and tightvnc on vista are working well together. In Vineserver is a option to use a european keyboard, whats great because the vnc-server from snowleopard doesn't support this. I also tried Synergy and teamviewer but the first one gave me one error to much, and the second one is a bit to slow.

I found a much better tool. It's called win2vnc(Win2VNC). With that you are able to switch between systems easy by quiting your screen with your mouse, and you don't have an window on your "viewer" PC. It's awesome.

Synergy is the best, I use this on all OS's at work, which I run WinXP, CentOS5 and OSX SL 10.6.1. The main synergy package works best for Linux and WinXP but there is a better GUI for the OSX version called SynergyKM that makes setup on a Mac extremely easy.
