Have you tried booting and selecting a different boot option (hold down 0 while the Dell logo is displayed). It sounds like your machine is looking for a boot device and only finding the ethernet as an option. You may have toasted your boot information on the hard drive, which is not a big deal. Do you have a bootable USB, either Mac OSX or Win 7 that you could boot into and then go into Disc Utilities to see if the hard drive is visible? If you can see it chances are you can reformat and make it bootable.
I would doubt that you fried both the Dell SSD
and the 32 gig one, or that both would be bad at the same time.
