Default OS Selector to install from win7 for SL - 09-07-2009, 08:44 PM

Does anyone know of a good OS selector to use to dual boot between windows 7 and SL 10.6? When i had 10.5.8 up and running, i used EasyBCD and it worked like a charm. After installing SL, EasyBCD became corrupt and will no longer load either giving a nasty error msg about windows boot manager. I think i will probably need to install the new program from windows, b/c i cannot access my mac partition right now (breaking my heart)
Thanks in advance!

I have the same question, but I have not made the jump to SL on my 10V yet. I have everything working perfectly both in WIN 7 and 10.5.8 right now and do not want to make the move until I know what I need to do.

You need to boot back to SL via USB key first...then reinstall the netbook installer to fix the bootloader.. then reboot without the USB key

after reboot, you'll have problem with the Win7 boot boot to your Win7 media and repair the boot loader.

After the bootloader recover, boot to Win7 and run easyBCD to add the Mac entry again.

It works for me for the dual boot after the above steps.
