Default Changing the Model Identifier number - 09-04-2009, 10:12 PM

Hi everyone
I just got a Dell Mini 10v a few days ago, and used the two-USB method to install OS X on it. It is currently at version 10.5.8, and everything is currently working (audio, sleep, etc.) at more-or-less perfection. I love it, and it has performed up to my expectations thus far.
However, I am slightly annoyed at how it appears to other computers on my home LAN. It appears to be a Mac Pro, second generation (MacPro 2,1), to any computer on my network. I would like it to first become a fourth-gen MacBook (MacBook 4,1) for the reason that I can (and some special software on my actual 4th gen BlackBook) and then a first-gen MacBook Air (MacBookAir 1,1 or whatever it's called) so I can continue to use Remote Disc.
I cannot figure out how to do this and I would appreciate someone telling me so people don't automatically assume I lug around a Mac Pro with me wherever I go.
