I bought it via the MacUpdate bundle (I believe, it was some bundle) awhile ago. It works pretty well once you get the hang of exactly what it takes to get scanning to work well Perhaps someone who bought the bundle will sell you their key (that's allowed in these bundle deals) if you want the program, perhaps a wanted posting in the for sale forum will help you get one, but ...
The developer obviously has a way to add a license other than through the app purchase screen but they don't care. They even have instructions about buying a license for a friend and how you will get an email with a license code for the gift. But here is what they say on their site (its obvious they've been contacted by various hackintosh netbook owners):

If you are on a computer with an 800x600 screen, the Delicious Licensor will not properly fit on your display.
You will be able to purchase Delicious Library from a display that supports 1024x768 or higher.

Since they don't seem to care I'd say its their loss of income
