Default Can't install iPhone SDK Mini 9 - 08-07-2009, 09:38 PM

I have a mini 9 running 10.5.7 with 2gb of ram and 32gb ST SSD. I had no problem installing XCode, but if I download the iPhone SDK to the local drive, the image doesn't get recognized and therefore won't open. If I try downloading it from an actual mac and saving it to a USB stick or SD card, the image opens, but the installer fails saying something is wrong with the media. I know both of these modules are fine as I tried installing the SDK from both on separate machines and they worked fine. I suspect the mini 9's OSX install to be the issue. I can run XCode just fine. The only thing I can think might be an issue is that I ran Monolingual to free up some space. I removed languages as well as every architecture except Intel 32-bit. Should I have left 64-bit? Any ideas would be appreciated. While I'm on here, I'd like to thank Mechdrew and everyone who contributed to the ease of getting OSX on these little babies. Good on you

Default Problem Solved - 08-14-2009, 02:41 PM

Took some time last night to start from scratch on my mini9. This time around, I only removed the languages with Monolingual, not any architectures. Success! Just thought I'd pass this along
