Software: NetbookInstaller 0.8.4 RC1 Mods: BCM4312 flashed to Airport Extreme, Apple stickers doubled up on the Dell logo, electrical tape over the power light |

Reran DellEFI, did 'reinstall Dell extensions' and replaced the keyboard prefpain with 10.5.5's version. Rebooted. Everything's fine save for the battery time indicator and power-management issue. Sleep/wake works fine for me (actually works better than under 10.5.7, where periodically I would freeze on wake; hasn't happened once since upgrading to 10.5.8 on Sunday). |

| Junior Member Posts: 5 Join Date: Jun 2009 | Great summary!! Now I have everything working like a charm! Just one small detail: the Trackpad tab has desapeared from the mouse and keyboard section in the system preferences. I tryed to restore the 10.5.5 pref pane with dellefi installer but it didn't work. Anybody else is having the same problem?? |
