Question Best photo app for Mini 9 ? - 08-04-2009, 03:43 PM

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone on here has used image/photo apps on the Mini 9.

I am looking for a simple package (feature abundance is not essential) that will allow me to perform some basic editing on photos.

I am aware of the popular Mac packages such as Gimp, Photoshop etc but given the space restriction and processing power of the Mini 9, I would like a package that:
1) Takes up as least amount of space on my SSD
2) Able to function smoothly with 2Gb ram and the Atom processor.

Thanks for any advice .

Thanks. iPhoto is not really an image editor but more of a photo organiser. Also, it can be rather larger once installed.

Has anyone used this application - ImageWell: ImageWell, the Fast & Lean Image Editor

Apparently it only takes up 2.2Mb once installed !

I use Picasa on both Windows and OSX and it works great. I much prefer it to iPhoto for my hackintosh. It is a lot lighter and faster.
