With 10.5.4 you just follow the installation instructions as normal and use the 10.5.7 Combo Update to finish off the process. http://osx.mechdrew.com - News and Guides for Installing Mac OS X via NetbookInstaller - Now on Twitter |

You need to install Mac OS X to the second partition. You should probably install Ubuntu first, though. Besides that, I'm not sure about grub, but the DellEFI/NetbookBootMaker software includes Chameleon 2.0RC1, which helps dualboot. http://osx.mechdrew.com - News and Guides for Installing Mac OS X via NetbookInstaller - Now on Twitter |
