| Member Posts: 67 Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: Raleigh, NC | I agree, dragging and dropping with the 10v's trackpad is basically useless. I am using v18 of the trackpad drivers and while the two finger scrolling and basic mouse tracking is outstanding, they way dell designed this trackpad was a major mistake. I'll take two separate buttons any day over this poor design. I resorted to using a mouse. http://osx.mechdrew.com/ |

In the meantime I find that drag/drop works for me if I press the trackpad with the very tip of my finger (fingernails help) at the tip of the corner of the trackpad. It doesn't respond to fingernail presses so that could make it more liveable. |
