Default Mini 9/Mini 10 hybrid desktopenstein!!! - 06-04-2009, 11:51 PM

Sort of...

Averatec - All-in-One Desktop with Intel® Atom™ Processor N270 - D1130EA1E-1

lol, saw this thing "on sale" at Best Buy and it's specs read almost just like the perfect Mini 9/Mini 10 hybrid... Kinda spooky really, that anyone would WANT a desktop of this power, then again it is on sale, probably from not selling "...Comes with 1gb of RAM, upgradeable to 2gb..." Ooooooooooo, heh...

Now I get the idea of netbooks. What is the idea behind this?

yeh it looks like they re purposed some netbook bases.
i think its too much but i can see how for someone who wants a real monitor but is basically looking for a net appliance that it might be a simple option.

I have to agree with the rest. If you want a bigger monitor just hook it up to your Mini.
