Exclamation Yes, you can cancel a Dell in Production - 05-26-2009, 03:17 PM

Just for someone who search for this (as I did), the answer is YES, it is possible, I did it a few weeks ago, by both calling the seller and contacting support by mail, at first they told me it's not possible, but the order was cancelled at the end, so it is possible, I guess it depends on how far in production the order is.

Cool. Thanks for the info!

Figured there had to be a way since every once in a while I'll spot a Previously Ordered New Dell at the outlet.

Guess I'll have to keep an eye out for yours. What model was it again!?

It's a Mini 10 with HD screen and 6-cell battery.
