Default Dell Outlet "losing" orders? - 05-12-2009, 02:44 AM

I have ordered 12 minis from the outlet so far. I have only recieved 8. I go through the checkout process, Print out the order complete with amounts and never get an acknowledgement from dell. this happens on mostly machines that have 32gb drives or higher end units. I have one now that has the att wireless card, camera, 16gb drive and it says it is in production and has been since the first of the month. the shipping date has been changed to the 18th. This is an outlet mini, certified refurbished, how can it be in production. I get the feeling somebody at dell is playing games. Has anyone else had any experience like this? Calling Dell and speaking to India for 2 hours (including hold time and dropped calls)is something I like to avoid if possible
