Everytime I switch on I get the blue screen then it switches off

I guess you're using Windows. If so then try booting in safe mode (F8)

Ok... to boot in safe mode do like this:

Turn on your mini, as soon the dell logo disappears start pressing F8 (that's fn+k)
You should see a gray text menu, use the arrow keys and select "safe mode"

Windows should boot in safe mode, loading the minimum drivers so you can see what went wrong, maybe you installed a new software that caused a conflict, maybe a windows update...
