But the important question, did it improve performance any?

I mean, this could be the hottest thing to hit the world since Boxcar racers discovered flame stickers helped them go faster.

It could be much, much worse. My neighbor's son was "helping" his grandmother break up some old flowerpots with a hammer one day (I can only guess because she wanted smaller pieces for throwing away, but SHE put him up to it.) Later that evening when he was back at home, he decided to try granny's hammer technique out on the 42" flat-panel TV. The child is very lucky that his father is a much nicer person than I am.

I would have freaked! But at least you got it off. I do want a skin as well, I really just don't feel like shelling out $20-30 on aesthetics..serves no purpose except for looks.

EDIT: Although some skins are for protection. I totally forgot.
