My order didn't show tracking info either, so after a few days I called support and got the tracking info from them. So fine, I kept checking the FedEx tracking page and saw that it was on the way, then something happened. It was shown as out for delivery on the truck, then a very short time later it was returned to the depot "at shipper's request" to be sent back to the shipper. Called FedEx, they had no additional info and referred me to the shipper. Called Dell, they couldn't explain it either.
In the end they did send out a replacement which I received a couple of days later, and it's in perfect shape, but I'd sure like to know what the heck happened with my original shipment. Apparently these problems are not uncommon.
