I'm not sure whether this is just a UK item or not,but its still not on the US Dell site I was just acquiring on it,because I thought it would be interesting to get the black parts off it to replace the silver parts on the Inspiron mini. I was also hoping the Vostro would use a matte lid without that fingerprint magnet finish. But I am not sure, seeing as I never heard much about it. I think an all black mini,but with a Red lid would look pretty bad ass as well |

Vostro A90, which is just a rebadged Mini9, was never offered on US site. Shares the same BIOS as the Mini since I'm running Vostro A90 A03 on my Mini atm.. Was avail thru Dell Japan site last year though at very inflated (compared to Mini) prices... |

I haven't been able to get the part numbers from the reps to replace the silver parts with the all black pieces. If you get the numbers please post them. usna92 |

Doesn't much matter what the part numbers are.. Dell wants $350 for the Mini9 palm rest.. I imagine it'll be the same for the A90.. It's a shame, because heck yeah it'd look better all black. |

See the last two posts from this thread - should be $35, not $350. I think this was confirmed sompeplace by member Zaden, but I can't locate it ATM... Also, Zaden's thread on Vostro A90 orderable parts is here. |

And Zaden's thread doesn't list the correct A90 palmrest part number. So we don't even have the correct part number for it. I'm surprised nobody has any A90's up for sale on eBay.. |

i dont know about the rest of you U.S members here but I feel like we always get the lamest things or always the last to get some thing to be released to us. I mean seriously... UK and other countries are getting ice blue and jade green covers when we here in the states aren't? .......... |
