My co-worker bought a new 15" Sony Vaio something-or-other, and HATES it. I had my OSX mini9 at work the other day and he was really jealous. I think that he will order one by the end of the week. Especially since I need it at work again on Thursday.

Looking at this from the other perspective (not having a mini yet), I know nobody whose mini I can examine *cry*
I managed, however, to get a lovely assistant at Vodafone to show me theirs, and impressed I was.
But there's no way I'm paying 30 gbp for 3GB per month for two years - that's 720 gbp, ridiculous, unless you really need the mobile data. Which I can live without.

My mini 9 is on its way. Eeeeeeeee!!

No one seems to notice it in a coffee shop, but when I take my Mini to my office or to one of the clinics where I do contract work, all eyes are on it, and everyone asks to pick it up to see what it weighs. They are usually surprised by the sharp graphics and by the fact that it is a "real" computer.

Mine should be here in about 10 days.. If I like it, and it works well as a good websurfing machine, ill be selling my old macbook and buying another mini 9 for my wife :P The macbook needs a new battery that costs 180 bucks... I rather buy a new machine for twice the cost!

I've had my Mini 9 for a couple of months now. As soon as my wife say it, she wanted it. Told her I would be happy to give this one to her, but asked her to wait until the Mini 10 comes out, because if I like that then I am getting a Mini 10 and giving her the Mini 9. Absolutely love this Mini 9. I actually use it as my primary laptop at home and have been running Windows 7 on it, which runs GREAT (and truthfully is what Windows Vista SHOULD have been, instead Vista turns out to be more like Windows ME!)

was traveling between Glasgow and Birmingham every week for a while with work and at Birmingham airport you have to take laptops out of bags (but not anywhere else I've been through recently :? ) the staff seemed very interested and not for any bad reasons!

Been nice to have something I can throw in the small cabin luggage bag I took and carry around all day without feeling the worse for it!
