Default Which 64GB SSD Is Best Suited for DM9 - 01-02-2012, 12:22 AM

Which 64GB SSD is best suited (speed, performance and reliability) for my DM9:

RunCore Pro IV 50mm T-Style PCI-e PATA SSD RCP-I-M5064-C

OR

RunCore Pro 50mm PATA Mini PCI-e PCIe SSD RCP-I-M5064-C

I will not be using any WWAN card.

Which SSD is easier to install and why?

Given that the model numbers are the same, I'd guess that the first description is wrong. RunCore did have T-style SSDs for a while, but they were discontinued a long time ago. The model you reference is RunCore's "Pro IV" line.

There's no point in buying a T-style SSD if you don't have to.

I referred to several different models. The "Pro IV Light" is the only one currently made by RunCore and is the newest of those models. This is the one I would recommend if you want one.
